If you don't have much luck on here , try the following site:

http://navigator.rafmuseum.org

They seem to have a fair sized database.

Very early BE2 model. Given the 2 bladed propeller, this could well be the prototype BE2 (designed by Geoffrey de Havilland, then a designer at The Royal Aircraft Factory at Farnborough), so dating the photo as not before late December 1911
