(Another!) Eynsham Burial Please
« on: Sunday 22 June 08 11:51 BST (UK) »

Just to complete the "story" on this branch of my family tree, I would like to know if the Eynsham PRs include a burial for Eleanor LEGG(E), wife of Peter.

Eleanor and Peter were married in Eynsham in 1700, and I believe that Peter remarried in 1713 (so the burial should be somewhere between those dates).

Many thanks.

Hiya Pennie

Could this be her burial in Eynsham?

Hi Myfi ...

Yes, I think you definitely have it there!

Peter and "Hellin" (Eleanor?) LEGG had five children baptised at Cumnor between 1701 and 1711, including "Hellina" in 1707.

The baptism of the youngest child fits in well with Helen/Eleanor's burial in 1712.

Thank you for the lookup - I now have another "twig" to add to the tree!
