Hi Wendyjw

Welcome to Rootschat.  Smiley

You could send Nigel a Personal Message
(the symbol is on the squizzle one on the left hand side of his message).

He was last on in April though so maybe awhile before he comes on again.

Hi Wendy,

Welcome to RootsChat Smiley

You have several possibilities here:

- On the left,  you can see a a green scroll (what Sandy called a "squizzle"  Smiley )
Click on this and you can send Nigel a Personal Message (PM). That's a bit like an e-mail, but locally on RootsChat.

- also on the left, under the member names, is a green monitor icon. You can also click on here to send a PM

- as you have answered on this topic, the next time Nigels comes on line he will see your reply and know you want to contact him.

As a new member, you might like to make a note of this:

http://www.rootschat.com/forum/index.php/topic,207046.0.html
where you will find answers to most of your questions.  And if you don't find an answer there, just ask -there are always people on here ready to help out  Smiley

regards,
Bob
