Hi,
I am trying to find the Chappel/ Chapel family from Hemsworth near Wakefield. Mary Ann chappel b 1796 Hemsworth, d/o Robert Chappel of Wakefield..
the only Robert Chappel i have found is a Robert Chapel 1754 Hemsworth near Wakefield. would love to try and find Mary Ann's parents and possibly go back from there if can. I know Mary Ann married a john Sampson also from Wakefield 1823, so both families are from the Wakefield area.
