Lovely restore Irene, I saw the pictures of those flood on TV, they looked awful! 

My family are in California and friends in Nevada, miles away and another time zone.

It is awful and what is worse. Gas prices are bad enough , now the food goes up too. California and Nevad are having high temps over 100  degrees F.

Hi Paulatoo, Every part of that picture was cloned from many different coloured photographs, resized then blended with the blur tool, I can't manage colouring yet. Embarrassed Wink

Bill, if it works....don't knock it!
I use Vista Paint and an awful lot of copy and paste, all be it from the same photo, then I blur and smudge from a photo program...not into the clever stuff yet, still got my L plates up.
