Now I really cannot help you with records for Phillias HIGGINBOTTOM b. 1934 other than what is in the indexes ie any possible deaths of her or her children to 1985 - limit of records.

You stated she had more than one marriage so what was her name at time of death and where did she die?

I have found some more info on the chn of the first marriage of Albert CARLYON.

From http://www.ww2roll.gov.au/
CARLYON  Albert Sydney NOK Gertrude
CARLYON Gordon Stanley  NOK Vivienne
CARLYON  Ronald George NOK Albert

Marriages
CARLYON Albert H
CUTLER Mary Rose   1925/12346

CARLYON John B
CASEY Eileen Eva  1940/21389

CARLYON Edna
CHADWICK  Desmond Arnold    1939/16215

CARLYON Gordon S
HEFFERNAN Vivienne Theresia  1939/13991

There are a number of CARLYON burials at
http://www.fcmp.com.au/

Albert Sidney CARLYON is buried in the Bendigo Cemetery
http://www.fcmp.com.au/

The purchase of two death certificates could possibly  solve most of your queries.

Now going by  the  information  you  have supplied
your granmother Phillas was born  in  1934
she married  Albert Sydney Carlyon  when not stated?

Albert's first wife died in 1949  and Albert died in 1958

so  in  the  9  years  after  his first wives death  and  his death  he  had  7  children  with  your grandmother.

Does this seem  right to  you?

regards Jenn

Sounds right to me, there were a set of twins among there from what i know, also they were all very close in age too Smiley

Thanks again so much for everything here, i knew there was an edna somewhere so thats great now i know when she was born.  I cant believe how mixed my family tree is, kinda crazy!!

Cando i know Phillias died around 1990 and she died a higginbottom, there was mention that there was a man by the name is Sales, that she was married although it wasnt noted that it was an official marriage, also maisey is noted too Smiley

Hi again

So we can help you....

Did you purchase Hector's death cert?

Where did Phillias die?

Are you going to get Albert's death cert?

Who is Maisey?

Cheers

Hi

I have alberts certificate and hectors coming to me, its on its way (i dont have a cc so have to do it the slow way)

Phillias died in bendigo.  Maisey is the surname of one man she had 2 children with.

Perhaps you would like to type up the names of his children of the first marriage ...we have spent some time trying to help you with the names of the chn of this  marriage and you already have them!  When did he marry Phillias....all on the death certificate...well it should be.

So Phillias did not have 7 chn with Albert...is this correct?

Phillias had one marriage and two relationships with a SALES and MAISEY?  How many chn did she have with Albert  - it should be on his death certificate.  Please don't name the children as your mother is one and the others may be living.

Cheers

Now after a pm from psykozmika - there were four children with Albert and three with unknown father...possibly MAISEY.

I don't see a burial for Phillias in the Bendigo Cemetery.  psykozmika may like to contact the Bendigo trust - details on the above website, as it is mentioned that not all burials are on the database.

The index names the mother of the child who died in 1951 as Phyllis Joyce HIGGINBOTTOM not Philias.
