Is robert's age incorrect? if not I don't think he could be Sarah jane's father? He's a 37 yr old joiner b Middleton Durham in the 1851
and a 47 yr old joiner b Egleston Durham in the 1861 (Clayton stepchildren in the household): RG9/3316/11/16

I expect Robert is 57 in 1871 -but it does look like 37?
Espin Pickard and mary did have a daughter Annie -but she was age 9 in 1891 b Harewood Yorks!!!!!
the member submitted entries on IGI are not checked -basically anything can be entered - as long as you link it up to someone!!!!
My grandfather and his sisters are the children of their aunt and uncle according to IGI (member submitted) -and siblings of their cousins -and they never appear on any census with their aunt and uncle -so another case of Once upon a time....
