Hi,
The only Samuel Stephens shown on the Hugh Wallis Numbers is at Pershore Holy Cross, born 30th June 1772, bapt. 15th July 1772. Parents were Robert Stephens and Nancy. Suggest you trawl through the holy Cross list on Hugh's Numbers to check for similar parents.
