What about the LMA sometimes inquests are lodged in the record offices, I found one in Southwark in the LMA but when I wanted another in a different area I was told none had survived, it is worth asking Just a thought

Would The Times online have a small para on the suicide? Worth a look.

Hi I have not looked for a record of an inquest held in London, but have had success with one in 1860s Berkshire. I found a reasonably good account in the local paper. The Central Library in Marylebone I'm sure will have their local paper on film, worth a try I'm sure if you are able to get there. Good luck Andrew
