Photo Postcard Image Cleanup Possible?

This old postcard with an unusual old aircraft, may have two men important to my research in the seats.

But try as we might, we cannot get good clean images of the men.  We have both tried in photoshop for ages and in every way we can think of without success.

Hoping that some kindly expert can help or advise.

Sorry for confusion, I mistakenly posted twice, have emailed mod to remove this duplicate post without picture.

Photobucket have been having some problems lately, the pic has always been there, see post above this.
