Baptism/Christenings look ups

Please is someone able to look up the two Christenings for me.
Elizabeth Cooper and James Cooper both of them on the same dates -28 Jan 1863 Saint Paul,Burslem Staffordshire.
I am trying to find out if thier mothers maiden name  is DIGGORY/Greggory owing to a mispelling of the maiden name of their mother Elizabeth Diggory/Greggory who was married to John Cooper.
On the the birth certificate of another daughter Alice Cooper b 1868 the maiden name is Elizabeth DIGGORY,however on a numer of census's its Greggory/Reggory,"what a mess!!"
Any help at all would be appreciated Glenys in AUST

Mothers maiden name usually isn't listed on baptism records in the UK unless they are illigitimate. They would only be on the birth certificates

Where/when was Elizabeth born? - we might be better off looking for her baptism record if you have her parents names
