Timothy states in 1851 he was born circa 1809 Solihull, Warks.

Only 1 possibility on IGI i.e.

Timothy Norbury, bp.13/7/1808 Bromsgrove, Worcs. son of Joseph and Elizabeth.

Since he called his eldest son could this be him?

I was just about to say that it looks like another word before cousin that you can't make out.
She can probably be counted out then - shame  Cry

I am putting up in  Census this might help with tracing family
There are several Edward Simms born 1829 which is confusing to say the least but he must be somewhere in 1891 with Sarah

1901 Census RG13-2816-67p22 Edgbaston St James Warwick
William H Norbury   33 b 1868 Birmingham Warwick ( Butcher carter)
Maria E Norbury      30 b 1871 Birmingham
William H Norbury     8 b 1893 Birmingham
Ernest                      5 b 1896 Birmingham
Beatrice M                3 b1898  Birmingham
Edith M                     2 b 1899 Birmingham

1881 1 C 10 Vere Street St Martin Birmingham Warwicshire

William H Norberry 13 b 1868 Birmingham   ( Step son)

Ok here is update :

1901 Census RG13-2816-67p22 Edgbaston St James Warwick
William H Norbury   33 b 1868 Birmingham Warwick ( Butcher carter)

William H Norbury     8 b 1893 Birmingham
Ernest                      5 b 1896 Birmingham
Beatrice M                3 b1898  Birmingham
Edith M                     2 b 1899 Birmingham

1891  RG12/2378  f.117  p.18  Birmingham
111 Tennant St

Charles RADNALL    Head   M    49   Bicycle Fitter    Arnold Nottingham
Jane         "          Wife    M    51                         Birmingham
Edward SIMS    Lodger    Wid   61    Carter               "  "

1881 1 C 10 Vere Street St Martin Birmingham Warwicshire
Edward Simms      52 b 1829  Birmingham Labour
Sarah A Simms      41 b 1840  Brierley Hill Staffordshire ( states married)
Sarah L Norberry   16 b1865  Birmingham   ( Step daughter)
William H Norberry 13 b 1868 Birmingham   ( Step son)
Hannah  A Simms     9  b 1872 Birmingham
George E Simms       7 b 1874 Birmingham

1871 RG10-3097-105 p15
St Luke Birmingham Warwickshire
Edward Sims     41 b 1830 Birmingham Warwickshire (Carter)
Sarah                32 b 1839 Bearley Hill Staffordshire
Louise Norbury   6 b 1865 Birmingham     ( step daughter )
Harry Norbury     5 b 1866 Birmingham    ( step son)

Deaths :
Sarah Ann SIMMS    age: 52    Mar Q 1891    Birmingham    6d  74

Edward SIMS    age:70    Mar Q 1900    Birmingham    6d  142

If that is Sarah Ann who died in 1891 both her Norbury children would be in their 20s & Simms children 19 & 17 by 1891 so it would seem they didn;t stay with Edward Sims he is lodging alone

maybe start looking for children now or do you want to follow anything else tina ?
