I am trying to find burial dates for the following;
Catherine Williams, Caethro, between 1861 and 1871,
born 1810.
And
her husband
Robert Williams, Caethro, between 1871 and 1881.
born 1801.

There is only one Robert Williams born 1801 death registered in Carnarvon District between 1871-1881. registered Mar quarter 1872, GRO ref 11b/336.
Catherine Williams, born 1810 death registered Carnarvon June quarter 1867 GRO ref 11b/363. Once again she is the only one of that specific age in the decade 1861-1871.
That should narrow down the search for burial dates a little. BTW if you are going to send for certificates I highly recommend ordering from the Register Office. They are very helpful and will ensure you get the right ones.

You might be safer getting the MIs first - just to be sure the dates are correct for the certificates. Please don't take my word for it - as I said safer with local register office

Just received death certificate for Catherine Williams - the reference you gave was the correct one!
She died 12 May 1867, Cae Athraw, Llanrug.
