Please could a kind person have a look in the 1841-61 census' for this family:
Ann Bulley (sometimes spelt Bully) b.1790 Suffolk
and her children:
Benjamin Bulley/Bully b.1825 Norwich
Ann Bulley/Bully b.1811 Norwich
William Bulley/Bully b.1816 Norwich
They should hopefully be in the Norwich area!

The only likely Ann I can see is visitng in Wells, Norfolk, with Robert and Susan Spicer; she is aged 50 and comes from Loddon, Norfolk, which is the same place a William says on this census.

Oooh, that is very interesting! And I have just found an 1840 marriage for Robert Spicer to Susan Bulley...definitely worth some further research!

Have you seen - I expect you have - on the IGI
Baptism 4 Feb 1810 Chedgrave, Norfolk Ann Bully daughter of Robert Bully and Ann Brookes, born 9 Jan 1810
That fits with the 1851 place of birth she gives 
Can't see any ofthe others on IGI tho

Thanks for that info, its a shame none of the others are on there though!
I did find a couple of them on freereg, but I haven't been able to find out where Robert Bulley and Ann Brookes married yet - going by the number of different birthplaces for their children, they did seem to move around quite a lot in that little corner of Norfolk!

Ann in 1861 says she is Sister - presumably to Susan - if that helps identify her ?
