Hi, i am looking for any details for a lost relative John William Wigglesworth born Plymouth, Devon in 1859, parents came from Huddersfield, West Yorkshire possibly.
Cannot find them at all on Ancestory, any help much appreciated.

In 1891 he's on RG12/3932 living in Sculcoates, but that won't help with his parents.

If you get this Birth Cert for the lad seen in Hull in 1891, we might get a handle on your JWW's first marriage, and where it was..... which could lead places.... but also if you have his parents, that would help ...

Both of these chaps have 'Musician' as part of their occupations in 1881 ...
William Wigelsworth - Parents = Edward, Elizabeth; born c1860 Hexham, Northumberland resident in Spalding, Lincolnshire .
John H. Wigglesworth - Parents = John, Maria born c1857 Wakefield, Yorkshire resident in Wakefield, Yorkshire
but I dont think they are the one !

The parents being Walter & Hannah Wigglesworth.
Thanks to everyone who has replied, just trying to cut corners and brass, in case this person was still in plymouth, looks like i will have to send for birth certificate.

Its almost like he's under another name - 1861 - 1881 .... maybe Walter died and Hanah remarried, with JW taking his stepfathers name until he got married himself ?
I cant see John and Hannah together in 1861, and there are some deaths, but tough to research all of them !

Hi Newfster,
Thanx for your input, I have to say i can not find him in any census 1861/1871/1881 until 1891/1901 when he turns up in Hull, in one census he says he is born Huddersfield and the next Plymouth, Devon which matches the 1859 entry.
Its may be a speling mistake or poor quality census readout so i will now have to go the route of the birth certificate to find out his parents, i had thought too that he may be illegitimate!,
