Grace Manning
« on: Sunday 23 January 05 05:25 GMT (UK) »

Grace Manning is my 4th Great grandmother. She married George Taylor at St Leonard, Shoreditch in 1804 and lived in Hackney.  I have reason to believe she is originally from the Devon area (born about 1776) and is the sister of a Louisa Manning. (I'd go into why I think this is try, but it might be too confusing here)

If this is true, it might help me with my brick wall... I am trying to find a way to prove MY Grace Manning is the one from Devon. If so, did my George Taylor come from there as well, with her, and move to Hackney or was he from Hackney and she moved their own her own where she met him.... Any ideas would be appreciated..

Thank you
