Looking for a Henry Harvey on the 1841 Census Langley/Oldbury area Worcs.

Got him with wife Mary/Mary Ann on the 1851(b abt 1823)  and 1861(b at 1819) but need to get him on the 1841.

Does anyone know where Langley would be on the 1841 as I can't see it under Worcs at all. Did it come under another County?
On the 1851 they were in Langley Green Oldbury.

In 1841 Langley came under Shropshire, see link.

He appears to have been transcribed as Harvy at Langley Green, Hales Owen, Salop.

Mary Harvy, age 20, NOT born Shropshire
Joseph Harvy, age 1, born Shropshire
