Possible marriage Maria HEDGES in Faringdon

Good afternoon,

I would be grateful if anyone could find trace of a marriage of Maria HEDGES b.16.10.1808 in Faringdon. She was the daughter and 5th child of John & Margaret HEDGES of Faringdon.

The chances are that Maria married in Faringdon, but I am not totally sure.

the IGI has a marriage for Mary Hedges to Thomas Thorn 9 jan 1826 Cumnor berks is this a possibility.

Just checked the OFHS Oxfordshire Marriage Index

only Maria married between 1820 and 1850 was this one

10 Jun 1833 at Ox St. Martin
Maria HEDGES & Francis VIZE

looked for the name Mary (just in case), these were the only ones in the time frame

24 Aug 1828 at Rotherfield Grey
Mary HEDGES & James BARNBROOK  w

11 Aug 1828 at Headington
Mary HEDGES & Thomas SNOW

Many thanks to both of you for your suggestions.

I'm tempted by the marriage to Francis VIZE, in 1833, if only because it would seem to be the ony one where the name of Maria is maintained, as opposed to Mary. However, the others certainly need to be considered too.

I shall have to follow these up and see if one of them corresponds to the Maria I'm after.
