Just a thought which you can knock down ..... have you tried reversing the names ? I.e. Dorrien-Smith ? There's lots of them on the Isles of Scilly ... in the past and still ...

Not knocking it down, but I already tried it with the GRO births, tried all variations I could think of - but have just realised didn't try Smith with D as the last initial of forenames....
