hi.
im not sure if i have asked this question,im sorry if i have already.
other than buying a marrige certificate,how can i find,alfred haylor,1868,married,rose morton,1864,marriage.
also,how do i go about finding alfreds parents?

The 1901 census, Green Lane, Chertsey, Sry RG13/590/20/31
Alfred Haylor 33 Dairyman b. Sussex
Rose 37 b. Alresford, Hants
Lily R. 6 b. Chertsey
Alfred 4 ditto
Sydney F. 2 ditto
Marriage on FreeBMD Q4 1894, Hartley Wintney, Hants. (2c 395) Alfred Haylor & Rose MORETON are on the same page.
Going back through the censuses there are several Alfred Haylor's who could be yours so it would be a wise move to purchase the marriage certificate to see who his father was. The IGI has 2 possibilities for baptism's,
1. 8/11/1868 Arundel s/o Charles & Olive.
2. 24/4/1870 Pulborough s/o Edward & Elizabeth.

my dads father,alfred,born,1897,had a sister,daisy olive haylor,born,1902,chertsey,surrey.
