Searching for Rodwells of Bierton, Watford, and Aylsbury.
William Rodwell,Jr.  m.Mary Ann Capel, Nov.2,1815 St. Marys, Aylsbury. Their son James, my gggrandfather, m. Martha Gibbs.
I think William Jr. was son of William and Elizabeth ? m.1787,
The  next generation back could possibly be Barnard who also married Elizabeth.
I have most of James Rodwell and Martha Gibbs decendents and would like to go further back. all help appreciated.

I can offer RODWELLs from Wingrave and Tring, if you find a connection.

My ancestors include...

William RODWELL b. abt. 1788 Wingrave, Bucks
William RODWELL b. 1815 Wingrave, Bucks
Jane RODWELL b. 1845 in Old Brentford, Middlesex,
but definitely a Tring family - I don't know the background to a Brentford birth.

There was also RODWELL the soft drinks firm family in Tring - now relocated to Berkhamsted, but still headed by RODWELLs.  I've not been able to link that Tring family to my Tring RODWELLs so far.

Thanks for your reply. Unfortunately, don,t think there is any connection with my Rodwells. I,ve also seen the soft drink Rodwell and they,re not mine.
Guess we just have to keep looking.
