I have no Josling/Jocelyn and variations in my peronal tree mate however i do have some parish records on fiche for Great Waltham, barnston & Little Waltham , Essex & the name seems to be quite prominent at certain periods of time in those areas.

If you are interested let me know and i will post what i have.
