Hi I'm trying to find the names of the parents of the following

Joe Wilkinson Cartman b 1918 JAS Tynemouth 10b/494 - Mothers Maiden Name - Hill
Thomas H Cartman - b 1920 JFM Tynemouth 10b/709 - Mothers Maiden Name - Hill
William P Cartman - b 1921 JFM Tynemouh 10b/577 - Mothers Maiden Name - Hill
Irene May Cartman - b 1923 JFM Tynemouth 10b/394 - Mother Maiden Name - Hill

When I look up the marriage I find

Mabel A Hill AMJ 1916 Newcastle Upon Tyne vol 10b/219

but can't find the name of the groom (on Ancestry I've usually found the bride and groom together, but it dosent happen in this case)

Can anyone help me find the name of the groom without me having to order the certificate?
