Does anyone have access to the parish registers for Weston please? 
My gr gr gran's father was Jeremiah Watson.  In the 1841 census his wife Ann is a widow.  On the freebmd site there is a death Sep 1837 of Jerry Watson.  Could this be him or did he die before this?  I know nothing about him except that he married Ann Willey in Weston 25 July 1807.  They had a son William that same year and then four girls, Mary 1809, Ann 1811 (my gr gr gran), Margaret 1815 and Sarah 1818.

Hi Delta,

The Hertfordshire Burial Index records a Jeremiah WATSON 26Mar1826 age 47 at Holy Trinity, Weston.

Could be your man.

That could well be him.  It gives me a possible date of birth of 1779 to work on now.  His wife Ann was bp. 12 feb 1786.  She died in 1869 aged 84.

The nearest baptism I can get on IGI is Jeremiah WATSON s/o William and Mary 06May1779 at Ickleford.     Just a few miles from Weston.
