Anybody researching the above families.?

My Dad was a Merchant Seaman, James BROUGHTON, and on his records in 1916 he shows his next-of-kin (no surname, unfortunately) residing in Hirst Street/Road, Ashington.

Any help/suggestions, within reason, will be greatly appreciated.
