Marriage Lookup Please

Can anyone help it has been have been looking for a a long time and i just can find anything about my wife's Grandparents Marriage Can anyone help us. His Name is Edmund Joseph Francis d.o.b 1905 in Croydon (we believe) Her Grandmother was Bertha Nellie Hill d.o.b 1907 Essex and they was married about 1931 where we don't know  Embarrassed

Any Help would be Grateful

3Q (3rd quarter of the year, so registered (jul/aug/september) 1931

2A is the district (croydon)
1411 is the page number for that marriage entry.
