Hi just found this site and I have being trying to trace my mothers side of the family. I was interested in the Cairns discussion because my mothers name was Christins Cairns Johnston Mcconnell and she born in 1932 in Culross. Her mother was born in 1901 in Tilleycoultry by the nam eof Elizabeth Macnaughton DEwer Johnston unfortunetly we have no idea of what happened to her so anyone with any local knowledge any information would be gratefully received
