Could someone help me with step by step list of how to order the following please. I have spent the last 2 hours trying and am about to send keyboard and monitor through the window.

I think I got there in the end. I have been issued with an invoice no. so presume that means I've ordered?. Any idea of how long they take, and do they send copies to home address or is it e-mailed to me as attachments.

Glad you managed - it takes a while as it is done by volunteers, so bank on a month, maybe a little more. They will only invoice you once they have the documentation and then usually send it via email although it is sometimes sent by post.
