Hi grouty, What I was trying to find out is was she on my tree of Towners from Bishopstone. It seems she is not, but as I said earlier she is on my distant cousins tree,on her husbands side,making her a relative,all we have is William was of seaford, there is a bapt of a William at Seaford which would fit,11th Dec 1783 to John and sarah. A John Towner married a Sarah Sturt at Piddinghoe 14th oct 1771. This is, apart from all the work Wozzle and hepburn did for me yesterday what we have so far. Sophiedog
