Can anyone help.
Trying to find info on a JAMES CLINGAN,  Royal Regt. of Horse Guards, possibly from Kirkpatrick Durham. I am led to believe that he died at Annan 1833. I am afraid it is all a little hazy but it is the only detail I have and is based on a bit of info someone observed whilst going through archived newspapers. Unfortunately notes were not taken at the time.
