Hello

I'm trying to find the family of JOHN HOWARTH who was born sometime between 1864 and 1867 depending on which source you look at.
Born in Rochdale he married in 1889.

Many John Howarth's of same age on 1881 census and because he lists his father as being deceased on the marriage certifcate, i'm still looking.

In the 1891 and 1901 his job titles mention shops, one (1901) is certainly Manager in a drugstore.

Anyhow i have found a John Howarth on the 1881 census, He lists his birth year as 1867 and job is assistant in grocers store.
He lives at 24 Broadbrent Street which his father James and mother Sarah. He has two younger siblings Thomas, 9 and Annie, 2

Now for this to match i would need James Howarth to have died in the eight years between 1881 and 1889 or at least vanish.
Could someone please see if they can find this family on the 1891 census and let me know how things stand 10 years on.

living at ;448,rochdale road,rochdale.
