trouble uploading picture

HI: I have tried to change my profile to include a picture. I selected the "I will upload my own picture" button, browsed my pictures and selected the one I want, then selected change profile. All the other changes appear except the picture. It defaults back to the changes page with "no pic" highlighted. what am I doing wrong?  thank you.  Donna

Hi Donna,
You have to make the picture REALLY REALLY SMALL......I mean small about 100 pixels by 120 pixels MAX - and you need to call it something unique like Donna123.
