Not a very good image to give up any clues, and to be honest it could have been taken any time after 1920 right up to the 1960's (if you see what I mean), but saying that, going by the clutch bag (if that is the right title for it), the hats, the overal style of the dress with its low waist belt/band and the hair style I would suggest that this was taken between 1925 and 1935 as a start period.
