Does anyone know if any data from the Parish Registers of St Lawrences in Longridge during the period 1800 - 1900 are on-line?

I have not come across them.

Some of the RC records (Alston) are on the familysearch website.
Nearby churches I have found on the web include
Some for Ribchester on the parish clerk site.
Some for Leagram and Thornley on the Familysearch website(RC)
and some for Chipping but these are quite early.

St. Lawrence Church was a Chapel of Ease for Ribchester St. Wilfrids, I'm not sure whether it became a Parish Church in its own right.  St Pauls is now the Parish Church for Longridge.

According to Lancashire BMD, The Lancashire RO hold marriage records for St. Lawrece 1838 - 1959
