Can anyone please help I have a couple married in Longford 4.2.1893  St Mels.
where do I apply to purchase this marriage certificate.I live in England.

Just found this site, which I think would be the right one to apply for the certificate you want:

However, I would stress that I've never used it (no ancestors in Ireland), so if someone else could confirm this it would be great.
