Looking for BAILEY family in Hyssington, Montgomeryshire Census.
Last noted in 1871 Census:
John Bailey - born 1779 in Hyssington
Margaret Bailey - wife born 1818 in Lydham, Shropshire
Children: John, Thomas, Richard, ....
There may also be other Bailey's...and John's Father who may also be John of Hyssington.

Hi
Hyssington actually comes under Shropshire in the census.
"HYSSINGTON, a parish in the hundreds of Montgomery and Chirbury, in the counties of Montgomery and Salop, 4 miles from Bishop's Castle, its post town, and 4 from Montgomery. The village is small and wholly agricultural. The living is a perpetual curacy in the diocese of Hereford, value £161. There are some trifling charities."

However, on my 1861 Montgomeryshire CD there is a section that covers a small part of Shropshire, which includes Hyssington!!!!!
I found this Bailey family living at Bryn Bank, Hyssington:-
