Please could a kind soul look for these people in 1841 and 1851 in the Macclesfield area
1841 a Martha Rowson age abt 90 (she died 1843 age 93)
1841 George Rowson b abt 1773 and his wife Sarah occupation?
1851 George Rowson, b abt 1773, widow

I agree with Sallyynne, Martha CLARKE's age on the 1851 definitely does look like 50!
(Ref: HO107 Piece: 2161 / Folio: 228 / Pg 37)
There is an enumerator's checking mark right thru the first digit of her age so I suppose it could be 3... but I don't think so (perhaps the enumerator copied it incorrectly from the household schedule) .The 2nd digit definitely looks like a clear "0".
I also see a younger George ROWSON in the 1861 Macclesfield. Born Rainow abt 1813
And his wife, is another Martha! Biblical names for his chidlren - Isaac, Israel and Racheal - Would you like full details of this one?

Thanks very much for the look-ups
This certainly looks like the family I am after and they did have a son James
Martha's age in 1851 could be poss misheard or miscopied as it does seem old to be having a 7yr old
They did have a George and also a John I believe b abt 1815 in Rainow
Yes I would like the details on George please and if you could find John in 41 and 51 with his wife Martha that would be great
Not much imagination with names and it's a nightmare trying to figure it all out!!!

Would it be possible to find George Rowson b 1813 Rainow in 1841 - should be married to a Rachel and then 1851 poss widow or already married to Martha
He's probably in Macclesfield and I believe he was found in 1861 but I could use the details

That's the same family
Could I poss have the details on Isaac in 1851?
In 1881 George and wife Martha are listed as Rouson so any spelling is possible
