Translation of old document help needed
« on: Saturday 12 July 08 11:48 BST (UK) »

Hi

Can anyone recommend someone to translate an old document for me.  It is a letter from one of my ancestors dated 1540.  I've looked at the handwriting help sites but can make no sense of the document.  A small portion is attached - approximately a quarter of the whole document.  Any takers??

Many thanks
Kate

It looks as if it's in Latin - I can see "apud" and "coram" there, generally found in probate documents, but I could be wrong.
