I'm trying to find relatives of mine, who are the descendants of:

Elijah Swain (1853 - 1915) Rochdale
m. Martha Holden (1855 - 1919) Rochdale

Elijah and Martha had three boys:

Arthur (1876 - 1934) who lived at 23 Roch Street, Rochdale. He was a grocer for the 'Rochdale Pioneers'. He married Sarah Ellen Howarth in 1900 and adopted my grandfather around 1918.

Edgar (1885 - 1961) who married Minnie Griffiths and had two children - Edgar (1913 - 1995) Bishops Storford & living Swain. b.1915

Ernest (1896- ?)

I'm particularly looking for information within the family bible which was supposed to have been handed down to Eddie in the 1950's?
Does anyone know of Eddie who died just over 10 years ago, or his relatives.
The bible is supposed to have information about my grandfather's birthmother.
