I am having trouble determining which on is my relative. I am trying to find good information on Mary Dellow. This is what I have so far.
I received the birth cert of Ethel Jacob, had the name Mary Ann Jacob, formerly Dellow as her mother.
found possible Mary Dellow, born December 1849, in Poplar. Received birth cert today, Mary Dellow, born 2 November 1849, to Isaac Dellow and Mary Dellow, formerly Gapes. NOT SURE IF THIS IS RIGHT, BECAUSE.....
Obtained MARRIAGE CERTIFICATE, Joseph William Jacobs married December 20, 1874, no age listed / full. A Bachelor, printer, living in South Hackney, father Joseph William Jacobs, a Shoe ? manufacturer. Mary Dellow, full age, Spinster, from South Hackney, father George Dellow, a contractor ?. Married in the presence of John (maybe Leman) and Sophia Catherine Grobe ?.
I am sure the marriage is correct, with Mary Dellow born to William Dellow, South Hackney. Found references to William Dellow, married to Elizabeth North, this is the one I think is correct.
Looking for advice 1 and 2 finding the real birth of Mary Ann Dellow, from Hackney, or Poplar, or maybe Hertford o Hertfordshire.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Have you found Ethel and family on other censuses ? What are their years and place of birth (especially Mary's)? I'm presuming that she was listed as born in Poplar c 1849 as that is the certificate that you ordered. How many censuses do you have her on?

Hey all,
that one post from 1861 looks like them, I do think it will end up being her born in 1852.
If it not too much to ask, does someone have the 1871 census, I saw it mentioned by heywood and yonderpeasant.

John Dellow married Augusta Jacobs Poplar June 1888 1c 997
This also solves the problem of where they were born.
