Hi I am having some difficulty with this Sarah Egginton born c1835 Wolverhampton.

Wondering if anyone could help me find her please?

I have her christening:
6 Nov 1835 Sarah dau.of John & Ann EGGINTON Wolverhampton Carpenter

She never appears on the census with her family, this is them in 1841 & 51:

1841 Canal St, W-ton
John Egginton 40 Carpenter y
Ann Egginton 35 y
William 9 y
Thomas 3 y
Ann 1 y

1851 Canal St
John Eginton h 59 Carpenter Clent
Ann Eginton w 49 west bromwich
William Eginton s 19 wood turner
Thomas Eginton s 13 Ap brass turner w-ton
James Eginton s 4 w-ton
Reuben Payne lodger 31 wood turner, wiltshire?

Can't find Sarah on 1841.

I have Sarah on the 1851 at:

Dudley Road, W-ton (sister Ann's residence at time of her wedding)

James Lester h 36 Agent for the sale of wine and spirits... Broseley, Shropshire
Elizabeth w 33 Darlaston, Staffs
John s 9 W-ton
Jane d 7 "
Mary d 5 "
Cecil? d 3"
Frances d 7mths "
Martha Perry servant 21 darlaston
Sarah Eggington servant 16 w-ton (mistranscribed on ancestry as errington)

Can't find her on '61

Then she marries:

St John 28 SEP 1868 Sarah Egginton 28 (s) Green Lane, father- John Egginton, Carpenter
John Hickman 34 (b) Gardener, Green Lane - father Thomas Hickman, Butcher

by banns witnesses William Smith/Ann Smith - Sarah's sister & bro in law.

In 1871 she is in Birmingham with her husband, and sister's husband -

1871 Montague St, Aston, Warwickshire
h: John Hickman 36 Gardener, Much Wenlock Salop
w: Sarah Hickman 35 W-ton
s: Luther Hickman 10mths Aston Manor
same building
h: William Smith 30 (married) Locksmith W-ton (Ann's husband?)
s: John W Smith 8 W-ton

and by 1881 she's moved to Much Wenlock with hubby.
Sorry this is a long post, just thought it best to put all info relevant. Really grateful for any help, thanks in advance.

Rachel, Sarah could have just been missed off the Census, I have a few that I can't find.  I believe it did happen more than we all realise.  linell
