Ooh, Sasha! I missed this offer of look ups until someone else posted a request.

I have an ancestor - George Bishop - who disappears from view around 1852-6, with no trace of a death registration.

It's just possible he was a naughty boy and was transported. He lived in Keyingham, East Yorks so only the East Riding one would cover that date range.

Seeing as I have the same booklet as Sasha and she doesn't seem to have been on-line for a few weeks, I've had a look , sorry but there aren't any George Bishops listed
