Owen McMahon - Westmeath Assizes 1802 (?)

I am looking for information about Owen McMahon, who was convicted at the Westmeath Assizes in 1802 - the sentence was transported for 7 years to New South Wales. Owen travelled to New South Wales on the "Rolla".

No records that I can get my hands on tell me what was his crime. The record keeping was not the best.

Can anyone tell me where I can find records of the Westmeath Assizes.
