There is a project on another site to gather together photographs of places of worship throughout the country.
Submitted images are not subject to copyright and can be instantly downloaded to your computer.
Berwickshire images are a bit thin on the ground at the moment and those displayed are just exterior images though for some places additional exterior and interior pictures are also available and some brief text about the building (for an example see Ladykirk)
Please feel free to have a look and copy any images you may want,

If you have taken any photographs of Berwickshire places of worship that you would like to contribute then please contact me, please note images from commercial sources or copyrighted images cannot be used.
Update added 01/08/08
The listings within the thread are now being changed slightly, previously they were listed by parish which can make finding a particular image tricky if you don't know the name of the parish needed.
All listings will now be recorded as the name of the town/village and the images will be added accordingly. It is hoped that this will make it easier to locate an image you would like but during the transition please be aware that some images may be indexed by parish and/or town.
Please feel free to leave any comments regarding this project, at the moment it is a bit of a one man job and your feedback is appreciated
Glen

I took some photos of St Abbs in 2006 and the one of the school also has the church behind. The church has been sold and is no longer a place of worship but if it would be of interest I can send it to you. Rae
