Hi Joe,

Think it's Hampstead, Middlesex.

Hampstead
Created 1st July 1848 (out of Edmonton district). In Middlesex until 1889.
Sub-districts : Hampstead.
GRO volumes : III (1848-51); 1a (1852-1930).
Hampstead.
Registers now in Camden district.
