Hello! Yes, I have already located them all within the 1901 census. But what I am trying to achieve, is research deeper into family of those individuals. I have already researched the women which I have mentioned, so I am now focussing on the men.
Richard Gough, b. 1838 in Stourbridge, Worcs. William Henry Fereday, b. 1893 in Sandbach, Ches. m. 1) Edna Robinson, 2) unknown. Who is wife number 2? I believed they were married in Manchester, as William was living there in 1901. Robert T. Jones b. 1872 in Misterley, Shrophire. Living in South Manchester in 1901.

Hello Ryan,
I had a look for your Kitching family in the 1891 Census for Rusholme and the Atkinson family were living there at the time. I then checked the 1881 Census to find they were still living in Bradford I am now really confused as I can not find any connection with South Manchester

Ooops! I am so so sorry, I was thinking about the wrong family! I hadn't realized until you made your last reply that I actually meant the Jones family. You see, the two women of the Kitching and Jones families were sisters, Martha and Lily Gough. Martha married Robert T. Jones, and Lily married Walter Kitching. I hope you undertand that I was simply having a brief moment of confusion, and that I am sure it won’t happen again. As I was leading myself to believe that the Kitchings were in South Manchester (which, obviously, they are not) I no longer need to research them in this area (nor Jones for that matter after I have already been e-mailed privately about this family). Anyhow, thank you for doing the search regarding the Kitchings. You have revealed Walter’s father, amongst others. Even though I was mistaken and you searched for Walter Kitching nonetheless, please do not think that you have spent your time in vain, because you haven’t. I will edit my previous posts in this Lancashire forum to delete mention of the Kitchings to save anybody else from confusion.
Thanks again!
