Alice Baldwin circa 1920

My Gt.-grandfather advertised his services in The Era on 16th April, 1876, giving his address as "Edinburgh Theatre" with no indication of a town. Six months later, he was certainly living in Scarborough. So was there an Edinburgh Theatre in Scarborough at the time, or did he re-locate between April and October?

That would be a pretty logical solution! But while I've traced this fellow all over northern England, this would be the first time I have evidence of him straying across the border, so if there is an Edinburgh Theatre anywhere in northern England, it would be more convincing.
