I am Looking for Isabella Adam / Adams and her Daughter Janet Adams after 1901 in perth and,

I am having difficulty in tracing The above named persons in perth from 1901 onwards. i do know that isometime in this year range 1901 - 1920 she owned a shop at barrack street in perth on the corner next to the primary school which is still standing today i believe. i was wondering if anyone can help me with more information as i keep coming up blank. i would welcome any information on either of them i can give dates of birth if required.
