Very difficult to access the registers for Upwell & Outwell as they are deposited with the Fenland Museum at Wisbech and haven't been filmed/ transcribed in the usual manner.

This query cropped up on the Fens & Cambridgeshire lists some time ago and I got a friend to check with the Museum for me.  Their answer was that although they hold some copies of LDS films, the majority of films there were organised by the Friends of the Museum and Others - and guess which applies to the Upwell films?  Odd copies may be available at Cambridge & Norwich CROs, but certainly not the full set as at the Museum.

The latter Upwell registers apx. 1900 onwards - are being transcribed by the Cambs FHS as we speak.
