Hello Proudy. No gravestone inscription for a Sarah Proud on any of my inscriptions.
The only Hunwick gravestone for Proud that I have is for a Margaret and John Proud but the death dates are for 1928 and 1932.

Hi Adam,

Please send me the Kidson {Barnes} inscriptions from St Paul's, Hunwick.
A few years ago I visited Hunwick and got the inscription of my great grandparents, Robert Kidson died 1882 and his wife Margaret Kidson died 1926 but didn't know of any other Kidson's buried there.

Thank you very much,
Evelyn

Hello Evelyn. Here is the inscription for the only other gravestone for Kidson.
Looks like it is the father of the one that you already have and it seems like it may lead you into other surnames.:-

In affectionate remembrance of Robert Kidson, who died December/4/1854 aged 68 years.
Also Ellen Barnes, daughter of the above, who died May/22/1865 aged 10? years.
Also George Dawson, who died September/30/1853 aged 80 years and was interred at Crook.
Also Sarah Dawson, his wife, who died June/26/1862 aged 80 years.
Also Eleanor, wife of the above Robert Kidson, who died February/28/1879 aged 71 years.

Adam,

Thank you very much for this information.  I have all the names and family connections but had no idea when any of them died.

Thanks Adam.
This really is a potted history.
I have not yet had time to review everybody but it looks like the greatest majority are from my tree.
Thanks again .
